20 Years Later, Raj Sweeps Simran Off Her Feet Again!
Shahruk Khan & Kajol who are currently shooting for Rohit Shetty’s Dilwale took time off shooting for the film to recreate the iconic Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge poster. The film which is the longest running movie in Indian cinema recently completed 20 years. DDLJ holds a special place in Bollywood because of how it redefined romance and the idea of love. SRK and Kajol went on to become Bollywood’s most-loved romantic couple after the film and their chemistry has not been replicated onscreen ever since.
And it is still as cute as ever!
A photograph of the iconic scene was shared on micro-blogging site Twitter by the Badshah of Bollywood himself. SRK and Kajol visited the Black Sea to recreate the moment. He also thanked the crew for the photo shoot.
Kajol and SRK's on-screen pairing has been a hit for over 20 years now. Their chemistry in films like Baazigar, Karan Arjun, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham and My Name Is Khan has been lauded by the critics and viewers alike.
Not only Rohit Shetty is bringing the famous SRK-Kajol pair together again in Dilwale, but he also has plans to recreate the train scene which formed the climax of DDLJ. The much loved couple will be seen in Dilwale along with Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, Boman Irani and Vinod Khanna. The film is slated to release on December 18 this year.
