UAE Ministry announces November fuel prices
Fuel prices have fallen to the lowest level since the government brought in deregulation in August, the Ministry of Energy announced on Wednesday.
Dr Matar Hamed Al Neyadi tweeted that the move was made to benefit consumers and will hopefully have a positive effect on goods and services.
The ministry has previously said deregulation will benefit the economy and encourage people to consider how much fuel they use.
The new fuel prices are announced on the 28th of each month.
The prices (per litre) for November are:
Special 95 at Dhs1.70 – down from Dhs1.79 in October and Dhs1.96 in September.
Super 98 at Dhs1.81 – down from Dhs1.90 in October and Dhs2.07 in September.
Diesel at Dhs1.87 – marginally down from Dhs1.89 in October. Diesel stood at Dhs2.90 before deregulation.
