Terms & Conditions:
By taking part in the On Air competition – ’50 K Celebrity Voices Campaign’ participant hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions. We advise participants to read and understand the below terms and conditions before taking part in the competition, if and when shortlisted to be taken On Air.
Competition Terms and Conditions:
• 50 K Celebrity Voices Campaign is a Channel 4 Radio Network promotion involving 89.1 Radio 4 FM, broadcasting in the UAE.
• The competition mechanics:
o The listener has to SMS “Big Ticket_50K_their name” to 6889 to enter the competition.
o Through a randomizer, the RJ will pick one of the participants and call him live on air.
o The RJ then will play the full phrase with the celebrity voices.
o The participant has to identify the celebrity voice/s.
o The participant will win AED 5,000/ for identifying each of the first 6 voices.
o For identifying the last voice along with the previously identified 6 voices, the participant will win AED 20,000/.
• Entries are restricted to residents of United Arab Emirates, holding a valid Emirates ID and are above 18 years old.
• Overseas residents and visitors on UAE Tourist/ Business Visas are not eligible to participate.
• Directors, management, employees and contractors of the Promoter and those of any agencies, retailers and suppliers directly associated with this Promotion, including Sponsors, prize provider, and the immediate family members of these people are not eligible to enter this competition.
• “Immediate family member” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.
• No proxy participation in radio contests or promotions is allowed. No pseudo name participation allowed.
• You must participate as per your name on your passport or valid recognized UAE ID.
• The promotion period is from 24th November – 19th December 2025, on weekdays only; from Monday to Friday, as also specified and announced on air and on website of 89.1 Radio 4 FM.
• Listeners who individually identify any one celebrity voice will either be rewarded AED 5000/- in cash and the one to identify all the voices in correct order including the last voice will be rewarded AED 20,000/-
• The payment of the prize will be made in cheque within 1 month after the full campaign is over; that’s 1 month from 19th December 2025.
• In total of the course of the 4 weeks of the campaign, there will be a maximum of 7 winners selected per station.
• One individual is only eligible to win one prize and in case of duplication or/and multiple wins by one individual across multiple stations, his/ her additional prize claim will automatically be forfeited as per Channel 4 Radio network’s discretion.
• Once shortlisted as winner, the prize is non-transferable to anyone else.
• By entering the competition, all participants confirm they have read and agreed to the competition's terms and conditions and privacy policy. They give their full permission for their likeness, voice, and name to be broadcast on any or all Channel 4 Radio Network stations and to be publicized positively and reasonably through social media or any other media channels. They understand this processing includes the use of personal data for promotional purposes. All participants have the right to withdraw their consent for future promotional use at any time, in accordance with the full privacy policy, which details how their data is stored, processed, and protected.
• The organizer of this competition accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of entering the competition or accepting any prize. Participants agree that by entering, they release the organizer from all liability. Furthermore, participants acknowledge and agree that the sponsors of the competition are not the organizer of this competition and bear no liability whatsoever for the organization, administration, fulfillment, outcome, or any subsequent consequences related to this competition or any prize awarded.
• All the contest queries or disputes should be addressed to the radio station management. Radio station management will make the final decision in such matters.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
