Announced by the Integrated Transport Centre, the cards feature modern designs and advanced technology to enhance user convenience and support digital transformation. Applications can be made at Customer Happiness Centres, with inquiries directed to 800850. Recently, AD Mobility simplified the process of selling, transferring, and owning unique plate numbers, allowing residents to hold multiple ownership certificates, transfer plates to first-degree relatives, and classify distinctive numbers from single to quadruple digits, with specific conditions for five-digit plates.
