Rashid and Latifa Schools Establishment (RLSE) will open scholarship applications on October 6, 2025 for British curriculum students entering Years 7, 8, and 9 for the 2026-2027 school year. Eligible candidates include both Emirati citizens and expatriates who are academically outstanding. Selection criteria will also consider leadership, athletics, entrepreneurship, technology & AI, creativity, public speaking, and Arabic skills. The programme forms part of Dubai’s Education Strategy 2033 and aligns with broader goals to foster holistic development, leadership, and innovation in students. Applications close on November 7, 2025.
