The Traffic and Security Patrols Directorate urged drivers to be cautious before entering roads, outlining five key rules: reduce speed, use indicators, slow near stopped vehicles, give priority to main-road traffic, and ensure roads are clear. Violations result in a Dh400 fine and four black points. The campaign reinforces police efforts to enhance road safety and prevent accidents.
