Parkin, Dubai’s leading paid parking provider, will manage parking at Dubai Sports City for 10 years, creating 3,100 new spaces across paved, unpaved, and unsurfaced areas. Construction begins in Q4 2025, with paved spaces (900) operational by December 2025 and the remaining 2,200 spaces completed by end-2026. Parking will operate Monday to Saturday, 8am–10pm, with Dh2 per hour, Dh20 daily, or Dh2,800 annual cards. The Dh18–20 million project is funded by Parkin, expected to generate Dh40–50 million over 10 years with a four-year breakeven. The company will also maintain all roads and parking infrastructure post-completion.
