The 68th Grammy Awards will take place on Sunday, February 1, 2026, starting at 8 pm Eastern Time (6 am Gulf Standard Time on February 2) and will be held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
The main ceremony will air live on CBS and stream live on Paramount+ for subscribers. For those who want free coverage, the Premiere Ceremony will stream from 12.30 pm Pacific Time (3.30 pm Eastern, 12 am GST), while red carpet coverage begins at 3 pm Pacific Time (6 pm Eastern, 2 am GST).
