The Involuntary Loss of Employment Scheme (ILOE) in the UAE is now open for claim submissions at iloe.ae. Eligible workers can receive cash compensation by meeting criteria, including 12 consecutive months of subscription to the scheme. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of employment termination, and workers should ensure their employer cancels their work permit, as per the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) guidelines.
