Starting from the 2025–26 academic year, all private schools in Abu Dhabi must follow a new tuition fee policy introduced by ADEK. The policy breaks fees into six parts and allows parents to opt out of costs like textbooks, devices, and uniforms if using approved second-hand items. It ensures transparency, sets limits on fee instalments, regulates re-registration fees, and outlines fair measures for late payments. Schools must also publish fee structures and cannot bar students from exams over unpaid fees.
