Dh5,000 for breaking this rule

The UAE Public Prosecution has issued a warning, urging the public not to drive a vehicle without a driving license in the UAE.

The prosecution in a tweet pointed out that driving a vehicle without a driving license or with a license that does not match the same type of vehicle is a crime as per the traffic laws in the country.

Such a violation is penalized with imprisonment for not more than three months or fine of not less than Dh5000 or both, it added.
