The cabinet member of the UAE has decided to give an equal number of holidays to both private and public sector.
For Indian national Fahad Siddiqui, a sales manager, this was the kind of news that he would celebrate by taking his family out, as that’s what this decision will give him – more family time.
Even expats whose families are not in the country have a reason to rejoice.
A major part of the population is happy as they can now have their leisure time to break from the stress of work, or even kick back and relax with families.
The UAE Cabinet approves public holidays for the public sector for the years 2019-2020, and grants the private sector equal holidays. The decision aims at achieving a balance between the two sectors and supporting the national economy. #UAEGov pic.twitter.com/VqQqU8IBFx
