Sharjah Airport saw strong growth in Q3 2025, handling 5,127,120 passengers, a 16.7% increase from 4.39 million in Q3 2024. Flight activity rose as scheduled and non-scheduled flights reached 30,737, up 10.7%, while total aircraft movements grew 4.3% to 54,953. Cargo volumes increased 3.9% to 48,073 tonnes, with sea-air freight surging 32.8% to 4,296 tonnes. Sharjah Airport Authority Chairman Ali Salim Al Midfa highlighted that the figures reflect operational growth and the airport’s key role in the aviation sector. The gains were driven by rising demand for both passenger and freight services, supporting Sharjah’s long-term development plans.
