His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has approved Dubai’s largest three-year budget worth Dh302.7 billion for 2026 to 2028. The plan expects total revenues of Dh329.2 billion and an operating surplus of 5 percent. For 2026 alone, spending will reach Dh99.5 billion with projected revenues of Dh107.7 billion. Almost half of all expenditure, about 48 percent, is dedicated to infrastructure, including roads, transport and key development projects. Additional funds will support social services, security and justice as part of Dubai’s long-term growth strategy.
