Banned activities:

Holding unlicensed gatherings or crowding in public areas

Blocking or slowing traffic for celebration convoys

Performing dangerous driving stunts

Sitting or standing outside car windows or sunroofs

Exceeding the legal passenger limit in vehicles

Concealing or altering licence plates

Making unapproved vehicle modifications or causing loud engine revs

Using spray paint, party foam or similar materials on roads

Playing music at excessively loud volumes

Displaying non-UAE flags on vehicles during celebrations

Engaging in any behaviour that disrupts public safety or traffic flow
