The ICC has announced that the 2026 T20 World Cup will take place from 7 February to 8 March in India and Sri Lanka. Twenty teams will compete across eight venues.

The tournament format includes a group stage followed by a Super 8 round, then the semifinals and final. The championship match is scheduled in Ahmedabad on 8 March.
