A mass wedding for 54 Palestinian couples was held on December 2, 2025 in Khan Younis, Gaza, under the banner of Operation Chivalrous Knight 3. The event was organised by the UAE and funded by Al Fares Al‑Shahim to coincide with the country’s 54th National Day. The ceremony, named Thawb Al Farah (Garment of Joy), aimed to offer stability, dignity and hope to couples whose lives have been disrupted by conflict. The newlyweds received basic supplies and modest financial assistance, and the gathering featured traditional music, dances and cultural celebration. Organisers said the event symbolises Gaza’s resilience and the human will to rebuild family and community life.
