Fujairah’s “Music Street” Named World’s Longest Musical Street by Guinness World Records - 89.1 Radio 4 FM

Fujairah has earned global recognition after its innovative “Music Street” was officially named the world’s longest musical street by Guinness World Records, marking a major milestone for the emirate’s cultural and artistic development.

The achievement was celebrated during a meeting at the Emiri Court between His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, and the team from the Fujairah Fine Arts Academy, who led the project. The Crown Prince received the official Guinness World Records certificate and praised the academy’s efforts in strengthening the emirate’s arts and culture sector.

Sheikh Mohammed highlighted the importance of integrating music and art into public spaces, noting that such initiatives enhance community wellbeing and transform urban areas into engaging cultural destinations. He also reaffirmed Fujairah’s commitment to supporting creative projects that improve quality of life and align with the leadership’s long-term vision for cultural growth.

Officials from the Fujairah Fine Arts Academy expressed gratitude for the continued support, saying it has enabled them to develop impactful artistic initiatives that connect with the community.

The recognition of Music Street adds to Fujairah’s growing reputation as a cultural hub in the UAE, showcasing its investment in public art, creativity, and innovative urban experiences.
