Alia Bhatt has opened up about her experience working on the upcoming action film Alpha, calling it one of the most enjoyable projects of her career and praising its women-led action narrative.
Speaking about the film, Alia said she loved every moment on set and described the project as a mix of action, scale, and adventure that pushed her into new creative territory.
She highlighted that one of the most special aspects of the film was that “two women were leading all the action,” referring to her role alongside Sharvari Wagh. Alia added that such representation in action cinema is rare and made the experience even more exciting for her.
The actor also praised the energy on set, crediting the director, action team, cast, and crew for creating an atmosphere that translated onto the screen.
Produced by Aditya Chopra and directed by Shiv Rawail, Alpha is part of the YRF Spy Universe and is set to release on July 3. The film also features Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Hrithik Roshan in an extended cameo.
Alia said she genuinely looked forward to going to set every day and described the project as a “celebration of attitude and cinema.”
