Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor has finally addressed the long-running speculation around his reported involvement in ‘Dhoom 4’.
Speaking at San Diego Comic-Con, the actor dismissed the rumours and clarified that the project is not part of his confirmed upcoming slate. While fans had been eagerly waiting for updates about his possible association with the popular YRF franchise, Ranbir revealed that his focus currently remains on his officially announced films.
The actor confirmed that he will next be seen in ‘Ramayana’ and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Love & War’, two of the most anticipated projects in his career.
While reports about ‘Dhoom 4’ casting have circulated for months, production house Yash Raj Films (YRF) has not made any official announcement regarding the film or its cast.
Ranbir’s upcoming projects have already created significant buzz among audiences. ‘Ramayana’, based on the Indian epic, is expected to be one of Bollywood’s biggest productions, while ‘Love & War’ reunites him with Bhansali after their previous collaboration.
The actor’s clarification puts an end, for now, to speculation about his entry into the high-octane ‘Dhoom’ franchise as fans await official updates from the makers.
