Salman Khan has reportedly taken care of the medical expenses of his longtime body double Parvez Kazi after he underwent minor heart surgery in Mumbai. Kazi reportedly felt unwell at home and went for a medical check-up before being admitted to hospital following lab tests.
His manager Piyush clarified that Kazi did not suffer a heart attack, as some reports had claimed, and is now recovering well. He also revealed that Salman immediately stepped in after learning about the health scare and personally ensured that Kazi received the required treatment. The manager said Salman treats Kazi like a younger brother and was present with the family at the hospital.
Kazi, who has worked as Salman’s body double for several years, has featured in films including Sultan, Tiger Zinda Hai, Race 3, Bharat, Dabangg 3 and Radhe. Doctors have advised him to rest for a few days before returning to work.
