Vikrant Massey is reportedly teaming up with Rang De Basanti filmmaker Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra for a new small-town romantic drama.
The yet-untitled film is said to be an intimate love story with a fresh twist, with the makers reportedly planning a short 30-day shooting schedule.
Mehra is expected to complete the Vikrant Massey project before moving on to his ambitious Karna. Pre-production on the epic will reportedly continue alongside work on the new romantic drama.
The collaboration promises an interesting combination of Massey’s understated acting style and Mehra’s distinctive storytelling. Details about the female lead, title and release date are still under wraps.
