UAE’s General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs has announced today, that those who want to renew their Emirates ID, and residence visa, can fill-up the application form online, at the same time, without the need to visit typing centers.
Residents will only have to visit General Directorate’s official app, which will also allow applications for visit and residence visas, from inside and outside the country, as well as track their progress.
Furthermore, applications received via the app will be renewed within 1 to 3 days, compared to the 2-week waiting-time, earlier.
