Residents in the UAE owning property worth Dhs2 million or more might soon obtain a golden visa effortlessly. An official from the Federal Authority for Identity Citizenship Customs & Port Security (ICP) suggested at the UAE Innovates Exhibition in Dubai that this change, expected to be implemented this year, would eliminate the need for a formal application process. The upgrade aims to streamline visa issuance for eligible residents, marking a significant development in the golden visa system.
