Suarez

Luis Suarez was the only difference maker as Barcelona booked their spot in the Copa del Rey final with a 3-0 win over Real Madrid.

Suarez scored twice and was also involved in another goal as Raphael Varane cleared the ball into his own net with the Barcelona striker putting pressure on the Madrid defenders as the cross landed on to Suarez’s feet.

The first-half was goalless and both sides were looking for a winner after a 1-1 draw in the first leg at the Nou Camp. It started to rain in the second-half where Suarez coolly slotted a cross into the bottom corner and his cheeky Panenka penalty wrapped up a miserable night for the hosts.

Barcelona has an excellent record in the Copa del Rey and is fighting to win their fifth straight competition this year.
