Residents of Udupi in Karnataka got 2 frogs named Varun and Varsha married in order to please the Rain-god and bring an end to the ongoing water crisis in Karnataka.
The wedding was organized by the Udupi Nagarika Vedike and Pancharatna Trust, the wedding invite of the prospective couple referred to them as Chi. Varuna, son of Kalsanka, and Sou Varsha, daughter of Kolalgiri Kilinje.
The wedding took place at Hotel Kediyoor at around 12:05 pm during the weekend with the presence of over 50 people.
